How to make apple tart
First, grate the cold butter on a coarse grater, and then mix it with the sifted flour in a deep bowl.
Then you need to add sugar to the mass. If desired, you can also use a little vanillin for a brighter aroma.
Afterwards you can add the yolks. Then the dough should be rolled into a ball and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
At this time, you need to peel and cut two apples into cubes, put them in a saucepan with water. At the same time, you should also add about 40 g of brown sugar. Keep the mixture on the fire until the apples soften.
