For 500 g of meat you should take:
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- flour - 3 tbsp;
- hard cheese - 100 g;
- spices – to taste.
Cooking process
The meat should be cut into thin slices, salted and peppered.
In a separate container, beat the eggs with spices and mix with grated cheese.
The pieces of meat should be thoroughly dried using paper towels and then rolled in flour.
After this, they should be dipped in batter and then rolled in flour again.
The chops should be fried in a well-heated frying pan with oil.
Don't rush to turn them over. You should do this no earlier than the batter sets.
