Tea with milk is considered a traditional drink, but this does not make its preparation any clearer.
For more than two centuries, there have been debates on the topic: should you add milk to tea or tea to milk? For gourmets, this is a fundamental difference.
Milk in tea
As they say, don't be too clever and go to the original sources. The most accessible source in this case is the manufacturer's instructions.
Describing the simple process of brewing tea, he recommends using sugar and other additives to taste, including milk.
It follows that milk is added to the finished tea.
Scientists' opinion
After scientists intervened in this dispute, another motivated point of view emerged.
Of course, scientists have come to a completely opposite conclusion and simply insist that it is correct to add tea to milk.
If you do the opposite, then under the influence of high temperature the protein contained in the milk is destroyed.
The process is irreversible at temperatures above 75 degrees Celsius.
This means that the tea will not be as tasty and will even be bitter.
If you add hot water (tea) to milk, the likelihood of protein destruction is reduced.
But ultimately the temperature of the drink should not be more than 75 degrees Celsius.
