Ingredients
For 500 g of fillet you need to take:
- hard cheese - 150 g;
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp;
- starch - 2 tbsp;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- garlic - 1 head;
- greens - 1 bunch;
- paprika and ground black pepper, salt – to taste.
How to make chicken pancakes with cheese and herbs
The fillet should be cut into small pieces and the garlic should be passed through a press.
You also need to grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and chop the herbs.
Then all the necessary ingredients need to be mixed into one mass.
Lastly, you need to add starch.
Afterwards, it is advisable to leave such a preparation for 20-30 minutes at room temperature.
Then the mixture needs to be spooned onto a preheated frying pan with oil.
The pancakes should be fried over medium heat for about two minutes on each side.
