As the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova , explained, the preparation of this dish takes very little time, but this does not make it less tasty and satisfying.
To prepare lazy cabbage rolls, you can use any kind of minced meat, for example, beef - you will need 500 grams.
At the same time as you start preparing the minced meat, start cooking 300 grams of rice and fry the chopped onions and carrots.
Finely chopped cabbage (half a head of cabbage) is added to the frying pan and everything is mixed thoroughly.
Add the prepared vegetables to the minced meat, and add the boiled rice.
The resulting mass is salted, peppered and thoroughly mixed until smooth.
From the prepared mixture you will have to form cutlets, which are laid out on a baking sheet. Now the cabbage rolls can be filled with a special filling. It is prepared by diluting 2 tablespoons of tomato paste in 1 liter of water, adding 1 tablespoon of flour and a small amount of salt.
Pour the resulting mixture over the cabbage rolls and place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40-50 minutes.
