Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to make classic syrniki.
You will need:
- cottage cheese (the fatter, the better) - 500 g;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- flour - 5-6 tbsp;
- sugar to taste;
- oil for frying.
How to cook
1. The cottage cheese needs to be rubbed through a metal sieve. This will make it more homogeneous, but it will be faster if you do it with a blender.
2. Add egg and sugar to the prepared mixture and mix.
3. Then sift the flour and knead until you get a homogeneous mass – the basis for the cheesecakes.
4. Next, all that remains is to form the cheesecakes, you can use flour for breading and start cooking.
You can cook it in the oven or fry it in vegetable oil.
