Let us note in advance that in such cases, standard pumpkin porridge or trendy cream soup will definitely not work. You need to cook dishes that bring a smile to your face.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to make thin pumpkin pancakes.
You will need:
- pumpkin - 100 g;
- milk - 100 ml;
- flour - 100 g;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- sugar - 50 g;
- butter - 30 gr.
How to cook
1. Prepare the pumpkin, clean the pulp, remove the seeds.
2. Wash the vegetable and grate the pulp on a fine grater, then fry the puree in butter for 15-20 minutes over low heat.
3. The prepared puree must be mixed with sugar, chopped with a blender and add eggs and milk.
4. Mix, sift the flour, knead until all lumps are completely dissolved and leave the dough for 20 minutes.
5. Next, heat the frying pan and cook the pancakes for two minutes on each side.
Serve with butter. Enjoy!
