  • salt - 1.5 tsp.

How to make processed cheese

First, combine the cottage cheese with soda and milk in a bowl. The mixture should be blended. If you don't have such equipment in your kitchen, then just rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and then mix it with the other ingredients.

The preparation should be transferred to a saucepan and heated over low heat. At the same time, it should be constantly stirred with a spatula.

As soon as the mass begins to melt, you need to stir in the butter and salt.

After another 5-10 minutes, the fire can be turned off.

At this time, for a brighter taste, it is permissible to mix in herbs or other additives. For example, you can use chopped garlic.

The resulting product should be poured into a mold and left at room temperature until it cools. Then it should be left in the refrigerator for 5-7 hours.
