What you need to take:

  • flour – 1 cup;
  • milk – 1 cup;
  • boiling water – 1 tbsp.;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil – 1 tbsp.

It wouldn't hurt to add a pinch of salt to the dough.

If you want a sweeter treat, you need to prepare sugar.

Three tablespoons will be enough for this amount of ingredients. If you overdo it, the treat may start to stick to the pan.

How to Make Thin Pancake Dough

It is better to take milk and eggs out of the refrigerator in advance so that they are at room temperature.

First you need to beat the eggs with salt, and then add sugar to the mixture.

As soon as the mixture is homogeneous, you can pour in the milk.

It is advisable to do this gradually, while constantly stirring the dough with a whisk.

Add sifted flour in portions.

Then the dough should be left to sit for about 20 minutes. Lastly, boiling water and oil should be poured in.

The dough must be poured only into a well-heated frying pan.

If the surface is cold, it will cause the pancakes to stick and burn.
