Ingredients
For 500 g of cottage cheese you need to prepare:
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- sugar - 90 g;
- vanilla sugar - 10 g;
- flour - 100 g;
- salt - 1 pinch.
In addition, you can add some raisins to the cheesecakes to make the dish even better.
For this amount of cottage cheese, it is enough to prepare approximately 40-50 g of this additional product.
How to cook syrniki in the oven
First, pour boiling water over the raisins for 10 minutes. Then dry them with paper towels.
Next, the cottage cheese needs to be mashed with a fork. It should not be too wet or dry.
If the cottage cheese is in grains, it must first be rubbed through a sieve.
Then you need to add all the other products to the main ingredient. The dough needs to be mixed thoroughly.
The baking tray should be covered with parchment. After that, you can start making the syrniki. As soon as they are ready, it is advisable to grease them with egg yolk so that they end up more ruddy.
The dish needs to be baked for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees. The oven needs to be preheated first.
