Ingredients

  • Rice, 100 g,
  • Cabbage, 300 g,
  • Carrots, 1 pc.,
  • Potatoes, 100 g,
  • Flour, 3 tbsp.

For a richer taste, you can also prepare a little salt and ground pepper.

How to cook vegetable cutlets

First, you need to deal with the grain. Rice needs to be washed several times and then boiled until half-ready.

Vegetables should be washed, peeled, then cut into pieces and minced. You can also pass them through a grater.

Then all the ingredients must be mixed.

Afterwards, you need to form cutlets and roll them in flour or breadcrumbs.

The dish should be fried in a preheated frying pan with oil.

Before serving, you can sprinkle the treat with herbs.
