Ingredients
For 500 g of minced meat you need to take:
- onion - 1 pc.;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- olive oil;
- breadcrumbs;
- ground black pepper - 1 tsp;
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp.
How to cook meatballs
First, you need to preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
It is advisable to line the baking tray with foil and lightly grease it with oil.
Then you can start cooking the meatballs themselves. The process is quick.
You need to chop the onion, fry it in olive oil until transparent, and then add chopped garlic. This mixture should be kept on the fire for another minute.
The mass should be cooled a little, and then mixed with minced meat and the rest of the ingredients. At the end, you can add half a glass of breadcrumbs and thoroughly mix the resulting meat dough.
Then the meatballs need to be placed on a baking sheet.
They need to be baked for about 15-20 minutes.
Before serving, you can pour sauce over them. It also cooks very quickly.
To do this, you need to mix 2 tablespoons of butter, 100 ml of broth, a little salt and pepper, and about 2-3 tablespoons of flour in a frying pan.
