Potatoes are a versatile side dish that goes well with a variety of foods: poultry, fish, meat or other vegetables.
Yulia Arkhipova, an expert in the field of cooking for the online publication Belnovosti, told us how to cook very aromatic and spicy potatoes in the oven.
The process is extremely simple, and the result will pleasantly surprise you.
Ingredients
- potatoes - 6 pcs.;
- olive oil - 60-70 ml;
- paprika - 1.5 tsp;
- dried garlic - 1.5 tsp;
- dried onion - 1 tsp;
- ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp;
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
How to bake potatoes deliciously
First, the root vegetables need to be washed and peeled, and then cut into large pieces.
Separately, you need to mix the oil with all the spices.
Then the potato wedges need to be mixed with this dressing. Afterwards, the vegetable pieces need to be placed on a baking sheet, which should first be covered with baking parchment.
At 230 degrees, you need to bake the side dish for about half an hour, but at the same time, you need to stir the slices every 10 minutes.
The result will be a crispy, golden brown crust, but the potatoes will be soft and tender inside.
Before serving, sprinkle the dish with chopped fresh herbs. This will make the side dish more appetizing.
