The expert of the online publication Belnovosti in the field of cooking, cook, fourth-class baker Yulia Arkhipova noted that although this dish is considered very simple, it turns out delicious.
Ingredients
- potatoes - 5 pcs.;
- sausages - 3 pcs.;
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
- sour cream - 3 tbsp;
- hard cheese - 150 g.
How to cook potatoes
First, the vegetables should be washed and then cut into strips. Sausages should be cut into circles.
For a more flavorful treat, you need to crush a clove of garlic, and also take paprika, ground pepper. Then all the ingredients should be mixed and laid out on a baking sheet.
The dish should be cooked for about half an hour at 180 degrees. Before serving, the treat should be sprinkled with grated cheese.
