If these are porcini mushrooms or butter mushrooms, then it is enough for them to lie in water for an hour.

Boletus, boletus and moss mushrooms are soaked for 3 to 5 hours.

All these tips apply to mushrooms that have been dried whole at home.

And it is not at all necessary to soak the mushrooms in cold water overnight.

But mushrooms that were dried in a village stove take longer to soak.
