Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to make cauliflower pancakes with cheese.
You will need:
- cauliflower - 500 g;
- cheese - 150 g;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- flour - 3 tbsp;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- vegetable oil.
How to cook
1. Separate the cauliflower into florets, wash, dry and chop in a blender or meat grinder.
2. Grate the cheese, mix with cabbage, add eggs, salt and pepper to taste, mix everything well.
3. Finally, add flour, knead the dough, let it sit for a bit and bake the cabbage pancakes with cheese in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
Serve with sour cream and green onions or garlic sauce. Enjoy!
