During the baking process, different housewives often encounter the same problem: the dough sticks to the baking sheet and does not want to separate from it “without loss”.
To avoid this problem, as the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova , advises, you can grease the baking pan with oil, use a special silicone mat, or go another way.
The idea is to sprinkle the baking sheet with it before you put the dough on it.
As a rule, flour is used for these purposes - if you "dust" the baking pan with it, the dough will stick to it, and not to the bottom.
By the way, this technique is especially often used in the process of making pizza, which is known for its thin and brittle dough.
But we shouldn’t forget about other “means” either.
Thus, small breadcrumbs and semolina perform a similar function.
And if you are making, for example, a chocolate pie, then the bottom can be covered with a mixture of cocoa powder and fine sugar, as a result of which the finished baked goods will have an appetizing and sweet crust on the bottom.
