Then you can add about 50-60 g of flour and another 30 g of starch.
At the end, you need to mix no more than 5 g of baking powder into the mixture.
The batter must be mixed thoroughly.
The fillet should be cut into portions, salted and peppered.
After this, the fish must be separately and generously dipped in flour, and then in batter.
The product must be placed on a frying pan heated with oil.
Fry the fish over medium heat until golden brown.
