You will need:
- lasagna sheets - 50 g;
- minced meat - 500 g;
- onion - 2 pcs.;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l.;
- oregano - 1 tbsp;
- basil - 1/2 tsp;
- salt - 1/2 tsp;
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp;
- milk - 1 l;
- butter - 50 g;
- flour - 50 g;
- parmesan - 100 gr.
How to cook
1. Chop the onion and garlic, fry in vegetable oil. When it becomes soft, add the minced meat and fry until the color changes (you have a bolognese sauce).
2. Then add tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt and pepper, add water or broth and simmer for 30-40 minutes over low heat.
3. Separately, melt the butter, mix with flour, add milk, stir quickly and cook until it becomes thick - you have a béchamel sauce.
4. Add béchamel sauce, lasagne sheets to the bottom of the pan, then bolognese and béchamel sauces, then grated parmesan. Repeat the order of layers again. The last layer should be béchamel and grated cheese.
Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
