How to make a delicious omelette
First, you need to separate the yolks from the whites.
The latter should be placed in a clean and cold bowl, add a pinch of salt, and then the product should be whipped.
You can use a mixer to get airy and stable peaks.
Mix the yolks with milk using a fork until smooth.
Then you can start frying.
The frying pan with a piece of butter should be heated. Then you can pour in the yolks. As soon as they set, the whites should be evenly distributed.
The omelette needs to be fried for another 3-4 minutes under the lid.
The treat should be supplemented with fresh herbs and pieces of vegetables.
