Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to cook broccoli deliciously.
How to cook
1. Divide the broccoli into florets and cut into small slices.
2. Peel the garlic, press it or chop it with a knife.
3. Cut the chicken breast into strips or cubes, sprinkle with salt, spices, herbs – to taste.
4. Heat the frying pan and vegetable oil, fry the poultry for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring.
5. Add garlic and fry for 3 minutes, then add broccoli to the pan.
6. Stir, add soy sauce to taste, fry the mixture for 5 minutes.
7. Beat 2-3 eggs and pour over the vegetables and meat, cover with a lid and cook until done over low heat. Enjoy!
