Crispy and aromatic pickled peppers with a slight sourness can be a great table decoration or addition to fish or meat.
It should be noted that the cooking process is extremely simple.
All you need is a few extra ingredients and two hours before serving.

- bell pepper - 3 pcs.;
- garlic - 4 cloves;
- salt - 2 tsp;
- sugar - 2 tbsp;
- water - 1 glass;
- vinegar (rice) - 60 ml.
How to pickle peppers quickly and deliciously
The vegetables must be washed, seeded and cut into strips.
The garlic needs to be passed through a press.
Then you need to pour salt and sugar into a saucepan with water. Heat this mixture for a few minutes. As soon as all the products are dissolved, turn off the heat. After that, you can pour in the vinegar.
The pepper needs to be placed in a jar, filled with marinade, and then garlic needs to be added.
After two hours, the crispy snack can be safely served.
