Instead of making a sandwich out of several boring ingredients, it’s much easier to use a spread.
It can contain several different products at once. The recipe for Italian spread will make you look at sandwiches in a new way.
You will need:
- butter - 200 g;
- sun-dried tomatoes - 60 g;
- basil (fresh) to taste;
- garlic - 1-2 cloves;
- salt.
How to cook
1. The butter should melt and become soft, but not melt. If desired, you can beat it with a blender.
2. Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes, shred the basil, and press the garlic.
3. Mix the ingredients in a suitable container and add salt.
If you also grate cheese on a fine grater, the spread will be even more filling and rich.
The spread should be stored in a hermetically sealed container for no more than 3-4 days.
