Among gourmets there are many who hate buckwheat porridge.
It would seem that such people will never love the popular side dish again.
However, buckwheat can be prepared in such a way that the dish will instantly be crossed off the gourmet’s list of unloved dishes.
There is an interesting method of preparation, thanks to which buckwheat porridge turns out completely different - improved and incredibly appetizing.
How to cook buckwheat porridge "in a different way"
In most cases, cooks pour the cereal into plain water. Some pour milk into the pan.
But there is a more interesting option - broth. If you cook buckwheat in this liquid, the porridge will have a much brighter and deeper aroma.
Do not skimp on butter under any circumstances. The more of this product is added to the finished porridge, the better.
Want to make the dish even more flavorful? Then pour the cooked porridge into the frying pan with the fried vegetables, stir the contents of the container and heat it for a couple of minutes. Buckwheat goes well with carrots and onions.
You can add grated cheese to the finished dish: it will turn out very tasty.
