For 400-500 g of fillet you should take:

  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • starch - 30 g;
  • flour - 150 g;
  • baking powder - 5 g;
  • water - 100 ml;
  • turmeric, salt and pepper – to taste.

How to cook fish deliciously

First, the fillet needs to be cut into portions, which should then be salted and peppered.

Next, you need to make the batter. To do this, mix some of the flour with starch, baking powder, and turmeric. Finally, add the egg yolk and water to the mixture.
