Even though the cutlets cooked yesterday are still edible when daylight comes, their taste and texture, no matter how you look at it, are no longer the same.
But that doesn't mean you have to throw away your days-old leftovers.
Instead, try to "update" them using the recipe in this article.
To do this, you need to add the following ingredients to the cutlets (the quantity is indicated based on 10 cutlets):
- 2 tomatoes;
- 100 g sour cream;
- 60 g hard cheese;
- salt and ground black pepper – to taste.
Place the cutlets on a baking sheet, which should be lined with parchment paper in advance.
Cut the washed tomatoes into slices and place one piece on each cutlet.
Now spread the meat products with tomatoes with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Don't forget to add salt and pepper.
Place the “updated” cutlets in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. The dish can be taken out of the oven as soon as the cheese melts and acquires a golden hue.
