How to eat honey correctly
Firstly, this product should not be given to children under two years of age.
Secondly, people with allergies, diseases of the digestive organs, liver and kidneys should not eat honey.
Thirdly, people who are prone to obesity should not eat honey often. Honey is a high-calorie product.
Fourthly, honey, despite its medicinal properties, should not be consumed at high temperatures (above 38 degrees).
Fifth, do not overuse it. An adult can eat no more than 150 grams of honey per day, a child – 30-50 grams.
And you shouldn’t eat honey with other products, even with bread or fruit.
It is extremely important to follow the regime. Nutritionists recommend eating a spoonful of honey in the morning on an empty stomach and a spoonful in the evening half an hour before dinner.
It is also important not to heat-treat honey. If you like to add honey to tea, it should not be hot.
