You will need for preparation:
- white cabbage - 800 g;
- semolina - 5 tbsp;
- egg - 2 pcs.;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- fresh dill to taste;
- butter - 300 g;
- vegetable oil;
- salt, black pepper.
How to cook
1. Remove the top leaves, the stalk, finely chop the head of cabbage and boil in boiling water for 10 minutes. The leaves should become soft.
2. When ready, place in a colander to drain off excess water.
3. Peel the onion, chop finely, fry until golden brown.
4. Mix cabbage, onion, eggs, and chop fresh herbs in a bowl. Add semolina, salt, and pepper, stir, and leave for 10-15 minutes.
5. When the semolina has swelled, place the mixture in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil.
6. Bake the casserole covered on low heat for 15-20 minutes, then turn over and bake on the second side for another 10 minutes.
