The advice to add coffee to pasta will probably cause confusion among many gourmets.
However, experienced cooks have long come to an unexpected conclusion: it turns out that pasta and an invigorating drink go well together.
However, the side dish will still be spoiled if the coffee additive is used incorrectly.
Firstly, you can't overdo it with a non-standard ingredient. Secondly, you can't add coffee without sauce.
How to Properly Add Coffee to Pasta
The first important point: the drink should be poured not into the container where the side dish is being prepared, but into the frying pan in which the sauce is being prepared.
The coffee should end up in the mixture of tomato paste, garlic and spices five minutes after the mixture has started heating.
The second important point: you can't use a lot of the drink. Two teaspoons will be quite enough.
Season the cooked pasta with the resulting "tomato-coffee" sauce - and you will get a gorgeous dish, distinguished by an unusual and very pleasant taste. In addition, the unpleasant "sourness" of the tomatoes will be clearly masked.
