You will need:
- cabbage - 800 g;
- potatoes - 2 pcs.;
- semolina - 5 tbsp;
- onion - 2 pcs.;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- salt and pepper - to taste;
- fresh dill.
How to cook
1. Cut the cabbage into small strips and cook for 15 minutes, then drain the water and leave the cabbage to cool.
2. During this time, peel the potatoes, boil them, wait for them to cool, and then grate them together with the garlic.
3. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes, fry it in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
4. Finely chop the greens, mix with cabbage, grated potatoes and fried onions, add salt and pepper, semolina and stir the mixture.
5. Leave for ten minutes, form cutlets and fry them in vegetable oil.
