For two portions of fillet you should prepare:
- onion - 1 pc.;
- hard cheese - 200 g;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp;
- spinach - 200 g;
- salt, pepper and sour cream – to taste.
How to cook fish deliciously
The onion should be cut into small pieces and fried together with the spinach over medium heat.
Then the mixture should be cooled and mixed with grated cheese, salt, pepper and a few spoons of sour cream or mayonnaise.
The fillet should be cut into portions, peppered and salted, and then placed in a baking dish.
Top with a mixture of onions, cheese and spinach.
