Method one
The finished cutlets need to be placed in a frying pan, covered with sour cream or unsalted cream sauce and stewed to taste and desire.
Method two
You can stew vegetables together with the cutlets. They are poured with either regular water, cream or milk.
You need to simmer it on low heat until the vegetables are cooked.
In this case, the dish does not need to be salted at all. The vegetables will draw out the excess salt from the cutlets.

If vegetables are not included in the evening plans, then the cutlets can be recycled.
You can boil unsalted pasta and mix oversalted cutlets with it – you will get something similar to navy-style pasta.
