  • fast-acting yeast - 7 g;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp;
  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • milk - 150 ml;
  • water - 150 ml;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • vegetable oil, 2 tbsp.

How to make yeast dough for pies

First, the flour needs to be sifted. 400 g of the product needs to be mixed with sugar, salt and yeast.

In the mixture of these components you need to make a depression. You need to pour warm water and milk, butter and add an egg.

The mass should be mixed first with a spoon, and then the dough should be kneaded with your hands. It should not stick to the bowl. If necessary, you can add more flour.

After this, grease a deep plate with oil, put the dough in it and cover with film. Leave the workpiece in a warm place for an hour.

Then you can move on to other stages of preparing the pies.
