What should I take?

For 500 grams of champignons you should prepare:

  • vegetable oil - 60 ml.;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • bay leaf - 3 pcs.;
  • coriander - 1 pinch;
  • black peppercorns - 5 pcs.;
  • allspice - 5 pcs.;
  • sugar - 1.5 tsp;
  • salt - 1.5 tsp;
  • vinegar - 40 ml.

How to marinate champignons

Mushrooms need to be washed and cleaned. If they are large, it is advisable to cut them into several pieces.

Pepper and coriander should be mixed and crushed in a mortar. Garlic should be chopped with a knife.

After this, the mushrooms in the pan must be mixed with all the ingredients.

Then they need to be cooked for about 5 minutes under the lid.

Once they have cooled down, you need to put them in the refrigerator for an hour or two.

Then the appetizer can be served to the table.

If you want to surprise your guests with a brighter and richer taste and aroma of mushrooms, then you need to let the treat stand in the refrigerator for at least a night.
