For this you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 can of pink salmon in its own juice;
- 0.5 pack of fine-grained cottage cheese;
- 100 g butter;
- 0.5 bunch of dill;
- salt and pepper – to taste.
So, first, remove the fish pieces from the can and inspect them carefully to make sure there are no bones or skin in the dish.
Using a fork, mash the pink salmon.
Mix the fish mass with soft pasty (fine-grained) cottage cheese. At this stage, softened butter should be added to the future spread.
Pour finely chopped dill into a plate, add salt, a little pepper and stir one last time.
In addition to the listed products, you can also use one onion, which should be finely chopped and fried until soft in a small amount of butter.
