They say that the most delicious fish cutlets are made from pike. A little lard is added to the mince, and the taste is truly excellent.
But delicious cutlets can be made from absolutely any fish – river or sea. Here is just such a recipe.
You will need:
- fish (fillet) - 400 g;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- loaf - 150 g;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- milk - 200 ml;
- salt, spices to taste.
How to cook
1. Clean the fish, remove the bones or take the finished fillet and cut it into small pieces.
2. The loaf must be soaked in milk as for meat cutlets.
3. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Some recipes recommend grating it – this is an amateur’s choice.
4. Pass the fish through a meat grinder, add onion, loaf, salt and spices to taste.
5. Add a raw egg and mix the minced meat thoroughly.
Next, all that remains is to form the cutlets and fry them in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
Diet cutlets can be cooked in a steamer or baked in the oven.
Bon appetit!
