If you are firmly convinced that there is nothing healthy in store-bought sweets, try making a natural dessert with your own hands.

Homemade marmalade preserves the juices of fruits and berries and, accordingly, the benefits they contain.

To do this, you need, first of all, to stock up on the necessary products:

  • 2-3 bananas;
  • 5 oranges;
  • 2 kiwis;
  • 3 tablespoons gelatin;
  • 1 glass of water;
  • coconut flakes (to taste).

Gelatin must be poured with warm boiled water and left in this form for 40-50 minutes (or for the time indicated in the instructions).

While the gelatin is swelling, squeeze the juice out of the oranges and strain it from the pulp, and peel the bananas and kiwi, cut them into pieces and puree them using a blender.

Transfer the fruit mixture into a saucepan, pour in the orange juice, stir and, putting it on low heat, bring to a boil. Boil the contents of the saucepan for a maximum of one minute, after which it should be transferred to a shallow dish.

The gelatin needs to be heated, stirring, but not boiled, then strained through a sieve and added to the same form.

After this, leave our marmalade for a couple of hours at room temperature, and then in the refrigerator until completely solidified.

The finished dessert should be cut into portions and sprinkled with coconut flakes if desired.
