You can make excellent pies using puff pastry. In this case, you can use our jam as a filling.
For half a kilo of dough take a glass of filling.
Interesting marinade
If you are cooking chicken or pork, these types of meat go well with an unusual marinade. To prepare it, you will need to mix a spoonful of mustard and candied jam, add four spoons of soy sauce, add ginger powder and a few cloves of garlic.
Salt and other spices can be added at your discretion.
