While most housewives serve soups cooked in meat broth, we suggest you diversify your usual menu and cook cheese soup with mushrooms.
To prepare it, you will need only about 40 minutes of free time and only available ingredients, including:
- 1.5 l of water;
- 200 g processed cheese;
- 50 g butter;
- 150-200 g onions;
- 500 g champignons;
- 200 g white loaf;
- 1 bunch of parsley;
- salt and ground black pepper (to taste).
First, you need to clean the mushrooms, then wash them and cut them into small pieces.
The same must be done with the onion, namely, peel it and chop it.
Use these two ingredients to make a sauté with butter. Don't forget to add salt and pepper.
Half the job is done – now fill the pan with water, and when it boils, add the cheese and, stirring, wait until it is completely dissolved.
Now throw the fried vegetables into the pan and continue to cook the soup for a few more minutes over low heat.
All that remains is to add a small piece of butter to the other ingredients, add salt and you can serve in deep plates with finely chopped parsley and pieces of bread, lightly fried in butter.
