Potato pancakes are, of course, delicious, but they are also fatty, starchy and, in general, not very healthy.
The dish turns out exactly like this if you cook it with potatoes. But if you replace the main ingredient with daikon, the result will undoubtedly please you.
Asian radish should be grated - just like potatoes - and left for a while to separate the water.
The liquid needs to be drained and the radish squeezed out.
Now it’s the turn of the remaining ingredients – eggs, flour, salt and other spices, to taste.
By the way, daikon pancakes will be even tastier if you include cheese in them – both hard and soft.
After the mixture is thoroughly mixed, place a frying pan on the stove and grease it with sunflower oil.
When the vegetable fat is properly heated, place the potato pancakes on the hot surface and fry on both sides until golden brown.
