Many people like to eat liver, but only a few cook it. The reason is that the final dish often turns out tough and dry – simply inedible.

We suggest you cook liver with bacon.
To do this, the liver must first be prepared by removing the veins and soaking it in water.
Alternatively, marinate the product in a mixture of soy sauce with garlic and ginger or, for example, in sesame oil mixed with aromatic herbs. - the marinade can be any, to your taste.
After this, pour vegetable oil into the frying pan, and while it is heating up, wrap the pieces of liver (if necessary, beaten with a hammer beforehand) in thin sheets of bacon.
The dish is prepared by frying for several minutes on each side over high heat.
The bacon creates a crispy crust on top, while the liver hidden inside remains soft.
