August is a favorite month for many housewives, as many seasonal products start to cost much less.

This rule also applies to healthy bell peppers.

In order to fully reveal the depth of the vegetable's taste, it is customary to stuff it. However, an experienced housewife will never use a product that has not undergone primary processing.

Why douse peppers with boiling water?

First of all, it is worth noting that the taste of the vegetable becomes much brighter and more pleasant. Processing the product with hot water has a significant effect on the pepper.

Some varieties of pepper can give an unpleasant bitterness. But "water procedures" will correct this drawback.

The best thing to do is to heat up a sufficient amount of water, bringing the liquid to the boiling point. Then don't forget to add about one spoon of salt and stir it.

Next we send in the pre-washed and peeled peppers.

You will need to wait from five to ten minutes. After this manipulation, if desired, you can remove the thin film of the vegetable so that the stuffed pepper becomes even more tender and tasty.

After this procedure, you can safely add the filling.
