It may be hard to believe, but to prepare a traditional summer snack – lightly salted cucumbers – you will need to spend only 10 minutes of your time.
Another advantage of this method is that you don't have to wash the dishes after it. A small thing, but nice.
The result of culinary exploration will be crispy cucumbers, infused with spicy-sweet notes.
Let's not beat around the bush: here are the ingredients you need to make lightly salted cucumbers in a bag:
- 1 kg of cucumbers;
- 1 bunch of dill;
- 0.5 teaspoon salt;
- 1 tablespoon vinegar;
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil;
- 1 teaspoon sugar;
- 1 teaspoon coriander;
- 4 cloves of garlic;
- black pepper – to taste.
Cut off the ends of the washed cucumbers on both sides, then cut them into 4 pieces and place them in a bag.
Add finely chopped dill and garlic crushed in a press there as well.
Separately combine salt, sugar, coriander and pepper, then add vegetable oil and vinegar. Those who like it spicy can add a little red pepper.
Mix everything well and add to the cucumbers, then tie the bag and shake it well.
You can eat these cucumbers in 3-4 hours if you leave them at room temperature, and in 7-8 hours if you leave them in the refrigerator.
