If you need to quickly prepare a tasty and filling lunch or dinner, then semi-finished products always come to the rescue. Pelmeni are especially popular.

At first glance, it may seem that they are very easy to prepare.

But in reality, many people make mistakes.

For example, not everyone knows that you can't throw a product that you just took out of the freezer into already boiling water. In this case, they will burst, the meat will separate from the dough. Instead of an appetizing dish, there will be separate pieces on the plate that you will hardly want to eat.

It is important to remember that the dumplings must first be brought to room temperature. This can be done by placing them in slightly warm water.

As a result, the plasticity of the workpiece will improve, and the dough itself will not stick together during cooking.

This procedure will increase the plasticity of the frozen dough and, in turn, will prevent it from sticking together.

If there is no time or desire for such a procedure, and cold dumplings have already been thrown into boiling water, then a glass of cold water should be poured into the pan to equalize the temperature and prevent the product from losing its original shape.
