This delicious and aromatic snack will be a hit.
Many cooks prefer to marinate mushrooms at home. Sometimes they use not only forest gifts, but also store-bought champignons.
It is believed that wild mushrooms are much tastier. Few will argue with this, but there is a marinade that will equalize the chances of champignons becoming a favorite snack.
Ingredients
The list of products for 400 g of mushrooms consists of:
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 40 ml vegetable oil;
- 2 tbsp vinegar;
- 1 tsp sugar;
- 1 tsp salt;
- 3 bay leaves;
- 50 ml of water;
- 8 peppercorns.
Preparation
1. In a saucepan, mix the ingredients for the marinade: vinegar, salt, bay leaves, sugar, chopped garlic, pepper, water and oil.
2. Wash the champignons and then put them in a saucepan with the marinade. Put the container on the fire.
3. When the liquid boils, set the timer for 5 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat and wait until the preparation cools down. Then pour the mushrooms into a jar, close it and put it in the refrigerator.
You can taste the mushrooms after a couple of hours.
