Take a couple of medium-sized onions, cut them into cubes and put them in a frying pan with melted butter. This will make the cutlet mince component very aromatic and tasty.
Then you need to take cabbage (500-700 grams), wash it and chop it finely. Send the vegetable to boil in a saucepan for about ten minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the onion with the boiled cabbage. Then add 1-2 chicken eggs and mix. Add salt and any spices you like. Also, don't forget about the greens - any variety goes well with cabbage cutlets.
Add a couple of spoons of semolina.
Stir and leave the mixture for 15 minutes.
