What should you do or, on the contrary, not do so that your baked goods always turn out fluffy and evoke amazed exclamations from those gathered at the festive table?
First, prepare the necessary ingredients: a glass of flour, the same amount of sugar and 4 eggs.
After this, separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites with a mixer until fluffy, gradually adding sugar (can be replaced with powdered sugar if desired).
Without stopping whisking, add the yolks to the dough, one at a time, and then the flour.
All that remains is to transfer the dough into a baking dish and place it in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Please note: there is no need to grease the pan with butter, as this will prevent the biscuit from rising properly.
