If you have a few carrots lying around in your fridge, try making these amazing carrot cutlets, the recipe for which we are eager to share with you.
Ingredients:
- 500 g carrots;
- 100 ml milk or cream;
- 2 eggs;
- 80 g flour;
- 30 g butter;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
1. Peel the carrots, cut them into pieces and grind them in a blender until puree.
2. Add milk or cream, eggs, flour, salt and pepper. Mix well.
3. Add butter, stir again and leave for 15 minutes.
4. Form cutlets from the resulting dough. Fry in a frying pan on both sides until golden brown.
5. Serve hot with sour cream or sauce of your choice.
