The edges should be folded to close the resulting cone.
Before stewing, it is advisable to very quickly heat the cabbage rolls in a frying pan: this type of preliminary heat treatment ensures that the dish remains whole.
After completing all stages of preparation, you will get small and very appetizing cabbage rolls that will look great on the festive table.
In addition, such a dish will be very convenient to eat. Each cabbage roll will fit completely in your mouth - just like a pelmeni. There will be no need to cut off a piece from the dish.
