This recipe can be kept on hand when you need to quickly prepare something for dinner or to treat random guests.

To prepare you will need:
- 350 g cabbage;
- 120 g onion;
- 120 g bell pepper;
- 120 g carrots;
- 1/2 tsp curry;
- salt, ground black pepper - to taste;
- fresh herbs;
- vegetable oil;
- 150 g sour cream;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 tsp salt;
- 1 tsp sugar;
- 1 tsp baking powder;
- 6-7 tbsp flour.
How to cook
Cabbage and bell peppers should be cut into strips, and the onion should be cut into small cubes.
Peel and grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the greens. The filling is almost ready.
It remains to fry the onion first (3 minutes), then add the carrots and after 3 minutes the pepper. After another 3 minutes, add the cabbage and fry the vegetables for 8 minutes.
Beat the eggs in a deep container, add sour cream, salt, pepper, sift the flour, and mix.
Treat the mold with vegetable oil, pour in ¼ of the dough and spread the filling over it.
Then pour the remaining dough over the vegetables and place the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
